- Please report any issue within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your Order ID.
- Customized and made-to-order rugs are non-returnable and non-refundable once production has begun.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the returned product passes our quality inspection.
- For products damaged during transit or due to a manufacturing defect, Kaleenvibe will arrange the appropriate resolution in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

- International Shipping: Available worldwide. Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and other destination-country fees are the responsibility of the customer.
