Once production has started, such orders cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded unless the product is received damaged, defective, or materially different from the approved customisation.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all customisation details before production begins.

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation or order confirmation for eligible payment methods.

Kaleenvibe does not store your complete card details or banking credentials.
