What are the shipping charges?

We offer free domestic shipping on every item purchased through our website.

When will my order arrive?

• Carpets are shipped within 6-7 working days from the date of purchase.

• Carpets are delivered within 10-12 working days from the date of purchase.

• Carpets are thoroughly inspected before dispatch.

Our proactive customer care team will reach out to you should there be any delays in the delivery process.

Custom orders: For custom rugs, the delivery depends on the production timeline. The greater the intricacy of the rug, the longer the delivery timeline.

How will I know whether my order is confirmed?

Once the order is successfully placed, you will receive your order confirmation notifications via:

• Email.

• WhatsApp Message.

• A WhatsApp Message and email are also sent once your order is shipped, which contain the Tracking ID.

Are there any additional fees?

For all Indian orders: The price paid at checkout is final, with all taxes included. Express shipping shall be chargeable on actuals.

For International orders: There are shipping fees, import duty, and local taxes that apply and depend on the customs laws of the respective countries. While International shipping needs to be paid at the time of placing the order, all additional charges are to be paid to our shipping partners at the time of delivery.
