At Kaleenvibe, every rug is handcrafted by skilled artisans using premium materials and traditional craftsmanship. Our rugs are designed for long-lasting beauty and durability when properly cared for.
Please read the following Product Care & Warranty Policy to help maintain the quality of your rug.
1. Product Care
To extend the life of your rug, we recommend the following:

Vacuum regularly using low suction without a rotating brush.

Rotate your rug every 3–6 months to ensure even wear.

Clean spills immediately by gently blotting with a clean, dry cloth. Do not rub the stain.

Keep the rug away from excessive moisture and prolonged direct sunlight.

Use a quality rug pad to reduce movement and increase durability.

Professional rug cleaning is recommended when deep cleaning is required.
2. Natural Characteristics
Our rugs are handcrafted using traditional weaving techniques. As a result, slight variations in:

Texture

Pattern

Size (±3% to ±5%)
are natural characteristics of handmade products and should not be considered manufacturing defects.
3. Shedding
Some wool and hand-tufted rugs may shed fibers during the initial months of use. This is a natural characteristic and usually decreases with regular vacuuming and normal use.
4. Product Warranty
Kaleenvibe warrants that the product delivered will be free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
If you believe your rug has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

5. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.

Colour fading due to sunlight.

Damage caused by improper cleaning or maintenance.

Stains, burns, cuts, pet damage, or accidental damage.

Water or moisture damage.

Damage caused by incorrect storage or misuse.
