2. Payment Security
All online payments are processed through trusted third-party payment gateways using industry-standard encryption and security protocols.
Kaleenvibe does not store your complete debit card, credit card, CVV, UPI PIN, or internet banking credentials.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for selected locations and eligible orders within India.
To confirm a COD order, customers are required to pay an advance amount equal to 10% of the total order value before the order is processed.
The remaining balance must be paid at the time of delivery.
Kaleenvibe reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the COD payment option for any order at its sole discretion.
4. COD Confirmation
After placing a COD order, our team may contact you by phone, WhatsApp, SMS, or email to verify your order details.
If the required advance payment is not received within the specified time, the order may be cancelled automatically.
5. Failed or Declined Payments
If an online payment fails or is declined:

Please verify your payment details and try again.

If the amount has been debited but the order is not confirmed, the amount is generally reversed by your bank or payment provider within their standard processing time.

6. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refunds are generally initiated within 5–7 business days after approval. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment service provider.
7. Pricing & Taxes
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees (if any) will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, and other destination-country charges are the responsibility of the customer.
8. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after:

Successful payment confirmation for prepaid orders, or

Receipt of the required 10% advance payment for eligible COD orders.
