1. Handmade Product Disclaimer
All Kaleenvibe rugs are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, weave, pattern, and size may occur. These variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.
2. Product Images
We make every effort to display product images and colours as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting conditions, and photography.
Minor differences between the product images and the delivered product should not be considered a manufacturing defect.
3. Size Variation
All rug sizes are approximate. Due to the handcrafted production process, a size variation of approximately ±3% to ±5% is considered acceptable.
4. Natural Materials
Many of our rugs are made using natural fibres such as wool, cotton, silk, jute, or other natural materials.
Natural variations in texture, fibre thickness, colour tone, and appearance are normal and enhance the uniqueness of each rug.
5. Product Usage
Customers are responsible for using and maintaining the rug according to the Product Care Guidelines.
