1. Handmade Product Disclaimer

All Kaleenvibe rugs are handcrafted by skilled artisans. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, weave, pattern, and size may occur. These variations are a natural characteristic of handcrafted products and are not considered defects.

2. Product Images

We make every effort to display product images and colours as accurately as possible. However, actual colours may vary depending on your device, screen settings, lighting conditions, and photography.

Minor differences between the product images and the delivered product should not be considered a manufacturing defect.

3. Size Variation

All rug sizes are approximate. Due to the handcrafted production process, a size variation of approximately ±3% to ±5% is considered acceptable.

4. Natural Materials

Many of our rugs are made using natural fibres such as wool, cotton, silk, jute, or other natural materials.

Natural variations in texture, fibre thickness, colour tone, and appearance are normal and enhance the uniqueness of each rug.

5. Product Usage

Customers are responsible for using and maintaining the rug according to the Product Care Guidelines.

Kaleenvibe shall not be responsible for damage caused by:

Improper use
Incorrect cleaning methods
Water damage
Pet damage
Sharp objects
Excessive sunlight
Fire, chemicals, or accidents
Normal wear and tear

6. Handmade Shedding

Certain handmade wool and hand-tufted rugs may naturally shed fibers during the initial period of use. This is a normal characteristic and usually reduces over time with regular vacuuming and proper care.

7. Customised Products

Customised and made-to-order rugs are manufactured according to customer-approved specifications.

Once production has started, such orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded except in cases of verified manufacturing defects, transit damage, or if the delivered product materially differs from the approved customisation.

Product availability, prices, offers, and specifications may change without prior notice.

Payments, shipping, and certain website services may be provided through trusted third-party partners.

While we carefully select these partners, Kaleenvibe is not responsible for delays, interruptions, or issues caused by third-party service providers beyond our reasonable control.
